Vocational Pathway
Creative Arts
An accredited Level 1 pathway for young people aged 16 to 19. Build real skills, earn a recognised award and take a confident step forward.
Why the arts matter
For many young people, traditional academic routes have not worked. The Creative Arts pathway offers a different way in. One that builds confidence, communication and self-expression through doing.
Whether it is finding a voice through spoken word, telling a story through drama, or developing a piece of creative writing, learners discover what they are capable of in a supported, low-pressure environment.
The pathway is practical and accessible. Young people work at their own pace, develop real skills, and leave with a genuine sense of achievement and a qualification to show for it.
Level 1 Creative Arts
A 12-week vocational programme exploring drama, theatre, spoken word and creative writing. Learners work towards the Level 1 Award in Employment Skills for the Creative and Cultural Industries (RQF).
